Asia-Pacific’s International Mining Exhibition (AIMEX) has named the Royal FlyingDoctor Service SA/NT as the official charity partner for its inaugural Adelaide event. The RFDS assists more than 50,000 patients in South Australia and the Northern Territory annually, operating from four aeromedical bases and three remote primary healthcare facilities across the central corridor of the country. The RFDS has held a significant presence within the Australian mining industry for decades, with the organisation servicing the remote areas that several mine sites call home.
